TrolMaster WN-9 Substrate Sensor Node, VWC, EC and Temperature

Description

The TrolMaster WN-9 is the add-on probe for the WCS-9 substrate sensor system. Stainless steel spikes read volumetric water content and EC, and a built-in sensor tracks root-zone temperature, in soil or high-EC soilless media. Daisy-chain up to four nodes to one WCS-9 display for an averaged reading that isn't thrown off by one hot spot or water channel.

  • Measures VWC (0–100%), EC (0–30 mS/cm) and root-zone temperature
  • Stainless steel sensing spikes
  • Up to 4 nodes per WCS-9 sensor display (display sold separately)
  • Reads every minute, or every 10 seconds in Feed on Demand mode
  • Includes a 12 ft ECS-7 daisy-chain cable
  • Working environment: 32–122°F, up to 90% RH
