Where we ship

We ship throughout the United States, and to a number of international destinations. Enter your address at checkout to see whether we can ship to you and what it will cost. There are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped internationally at all.

All online orders ship from our Webster store: 125 East Main St, Unit B, Webster, MA 01570.

How long it takes

We are not Amazon, and we don’t pretend to be. We are a small family-owned business, and some items ship directly from the manufacturer, so transit time varies by item. Typically 7 to 14 days delivered is normal.

When you place an order we estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping option you choose. Depending on the carrier you select, delivery estimates may appear on the shipping quote at checkout.

Shipping rates

Rates for many of the items we sell are weight-based. The weight of an item is shown on its product page. To match the policies of the carriers we use, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound.

Shipping insurance

We offer shipping insurance for a reason — this equipment is expensive and carriers do damage it. If you remove the insurance from your order, you will be liable for contacting the shipping carrier yourself for all damage inquiries.

Address verification

If the billing and shipping addresses on an order do not match, we will not ship any items until we have reached out and received voice confirmation. This protects both of us against card fraud, and it is the single most common reason an order sits longer than expected. Please make sure the phone number on your order is one you actually answer.

Free in-store pickup

There is no shipping charge if you come in and see us. Order online and pick up at Webster or Milford, or just walk in.

Pallets and commercial freight

We ship pallets of Pro-Mix, Bio365, coco and Athena nationwide. Freight is quoted per shipment rather than by the weight-based rates above — call either store and we’ll price it for you.
