Description
The Mammoth Lighting M400 is a handheld spectrometer that reads PPFD along with the full 380–780 nm spectrum, so you can check how much light reaches the canopy and what kind of light it is. Results show on a 3.5-inch touchscreen, and it comes with a wand.
- Measures PPFD (PAR), spectral power distribution, peak wavelength and half-width, red/green/blue ratios, CCT, lux, irradiance (W/m²), chromaticity (x, y) and CRI (Ra, R1–R15)
- Wavelength range: 380–780 nm · 2 nm spectral bandwidth · 0.2 nm resolution · ±0.5 nm wavelength accuracy
- Illuminance range: 0.1 lux to 2,000 klux · CCT range: 1,000–100,000 K
- Chromaticity accuracy ±0.0015 · CRI accuracy ±1.5%
- Sensor: CCD with adjustable integration time (50 µs minimum)
- Display: 3.5" HD IPS capacitive touchscreen
- Battery: up to 24 hours of continuous testing
- All-aluminum alloy body, about 2 lb
