Cloning a plant involves carefully taking a cutting from a living plant (leaving you with a dead portion of foliage). It doesn't have the capacity to live on its own, but we're trying to bring it to life and make it self-sufficient away from the parent plant. We therefore focus on creating roots in order to bring in nutrients and water and in turn grow into a plant.

    How fast will my order ship?

    We're a small family-owned shop, not Amazon. Most orders arrive within 7–14 days, and some items ship direct from the manufacturer. Need it today? Pick it up at Webster or Milford.

    Can I pick this up in store?

    Yes — order online and collect at Webster or Milford with no shipping charge. Both stores are open seven days a week.

    What if I need to return it?

    Most new, unopened items can come back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the mistake was ours, we cover the return shipping.
