About Plagron

Plagron is Dutch and splits its range cleanly into three programs — 100% Terra (soil), Hydro/Coco, and the fully organic Alga line. That structure is the useful bit: you pick your medium first and the brand tells you which shelf to shop.

Terra Grow and Terra Bloom, Alga Grow and Alga Bloom, Power Buds, Green Sensation and Sugar Royal are the products you will see, along with their own soils and coco.

Plagron publishes two tracks depending which soil you started in: Light Mix (a lean starter soil) needs terra grow from week 1 and terra bloom from week 3; Grow Mix (Plagron’s pre-fertilized soil) already carries enough charge that terra grow is skipped entirely and terra bloom does not start until week 4. The five additive rows below are the same for both.

Plagron’s own chart targets a pH of 5.5–6.5 throughout, doses are per 10 liters of water applied with every watering, and the quoted EC figures already include tap water at 0.4 mS/cm — keep total nutrient EC under 3.0 mS/cm. To run a longer vegetative stage, repeat the week 2 dose rather than moving on. Week 11 (“harvest”) is plain water on every row. Figures as published by Plagron. Cocos A and Cocos B are the base feed whichever method you run. Power roots, pure zym and sugar royal are for hand-feeding only; hydro roots is the system-feeding (recirculating/drip) equivalent. Green sensation and power buds are used with either method, which is why the two EC targets differ slightly.

As with the Terra line, Plagron’s organic Alga schedule differs by starting medium: Bio Lightmix starts alga bloom at week 3; in Plagron Allmix, Royalmix or Batmix (already fertilized) it does not start until week 5. Plagron does not publish an EC target for this organic line.
