Coco Coir by the Pallet
What we stock, in pallet quantities
A bag of coco at a time doesn't work once you're filling more than a few rooms of pots. This page covers the growing media we actually stock by the full pallet — real bag counts, not "call for a quote" with nothing behind it — plus how pallets and freight actually move out of our Webster, Massachusetts warehouse. We carry 46 products across the coco and coir category, and the pallet-quantity items below are the ones a commercial buyer searching for this page actually wants to see.
Bio365 BioCoco — the pallet counts
BioCoco is Bio365's straight coco coir grow bag, and it's the SKU we get asked about most for full-pallet orders. Bag count per pallet drops as bag size goes up, which is just geometry, but here are the real numbers so you can plan a delivery instead of guessing at how many pallets a room needs:
| Bag / unit size | Per pallet |
|---|---|
| 1.25 gallon grow bag | 403 bags |
| 2 gallon grow bag | 286 bags |
| 3 gallon grow bag | 220 bags |
| 5 gallon grow bag | 126 bags |
| 7 gallon grow bag | 90 bags |
| 20 gallon grow bag | 30 bags |
| 1.5 cu ft bag | 85 bags |
| 4-yard tote | Full pallet† |
† The 4-yard tote is sold as a full-pallet format on its own; call or use the quote form for the per-pallet unit count and a freight number.
These are the counts for BioCoco specifically. If you're speccing a room, that table plus your pot size and count is enough to work out how many pallets to order — and we're glad to run that math with you over the phone if you'd rather not do it yourself.
The wider Bio365 family
The same full-pallet program runs across the rest of the Bio365 line we stock: BioAll, BioBlend, BioBloom, BioFlower, BioLite, BioGreens, and BioStart. Between BioCoco and those seven, that's 51 Bio365 products under one bulk-pricing collection — all built for facilities buying media by the pallet rather than the bag, and all shipping from the same Webster warehouse as everything else on this page.
FloraFlex QuickFill
FloraFlex QuickFill is a 60% water-holding-capacity coco blend in a 1-gallon format. It's sold as a single bag for anyone who wants to try it in a few pots first, and as a full pallet of 2,000 bags for a facility ready to standardize a room on it. That's a genuinely large per-pallet count compared to the larger BioCoco bag sizes above, which comes with the territory of a smaller, 1-gallon unit.
Pro-Mix bulk pallets — the peat-based alternative
Coco isn't the only growing medium worth buying by the pallet. Pro-Mix is peat-based rather than coir-based — a different feedstock with different water-holding and buffering behavior — and we stock several of their mycorrhizae-inoculated blends as full bulk pallets:
- Pro-Mix HP with Mycorrhizae — 2.8 cu ft and 3.8 cu ft
- Pro-Mix HPCC with Mycorrhizae — 2.8 cu ft and 3.8 cu ft
- Pro-Mix BX with Mycorrhizae — 3.8 cu ft
- Pro-Mix MP Mycorrhizae Organik — 3.8 cu ft
- Pro-Mix HP Biofungicide + Mycorrhizae — 3.8 cu ft
If your facility is already set up around a peat-based watering and feed schedule, or you're weighing coco against peat for a new build, these are stocked at the same bulk-pallet level as the coco above — not a special order.
Choosing between coco and peat
In short: coco coir is a coconut-husk byproduct, drains fast, and holds relatively little water per irrigation, which is why coco rooms tend to run more frequent, lighter feedings. Peat-based mixes like Pro-Mix hold more water per irrigation and dry back more slowly, which suits a schedule with fewer irrigation events a day. Neither is the "better" medium in general — it's a question of your irrigation schedule, your pot size, and what your crew already knows how to run. Call either store and we'll talk through what you're switching from.
How ordering, freight, and will-call actually work
All online orders ship from our Webster, Massachusetts warehouse. Pallet and freight pricing is quoted per shipment rather than sold at a flat web rate, because freight class, pallet count, and delivery address all change the number. Call either store or submit the quote form and we'll get you a landed price for the size and quantity you need.
Prefer to skip freight? Both of our Massachusetts locations offer free will-call pickup: Webster (125 East Main St, Unit B, Webster, MA 01570) is open all seven days, and Milford (350 East Main St, Units 4 & 5, Milford, MA 01757) is open Monday through Saturday. Media is heavy and freight isn't free, so a lot of our Massachusetts accounts just drive over with a trailer and load pallets themselves. We ship pallets nationwide as well, so being outside Massachusetts doesn't take you out of the conversation — it just means freight instead of a pickup window.
See the cultivation facility pricing hub for how we handle larger accounts across every category we carry, not just growing media.

Get a pallet quote
Tell us the bag size, the count, and where it needs to go, and we'll put a real number on it — not a range, an actual quote. Call 508-461-5850 or submit the quote form, and you'll hear back from a store that has pallets of this on the floor right now.
