Cannabis Events in the USA
Cannabis events across the United States
Every cannabis event we can verify in America, organised by state — trade shows and conferences, cup competitions, harvest festivals, farm and field days, regulator meetings, and grassroots get-togethers. Pick your state from the buttons, or scroll the whole list.
Every listing was checked against the organizer's own page or an official calendar on the date shown in its details. Where a date is published but we could not confirm it on the organizer's own site, we label it date not confirmed rather than present it as settled. Always confirm the date, time and address with the organizer before you travel — dates move, and we are not the organizer.
This list grows. If your event is missing, or you run one, send it to us and we will check it and put it up.
Alabama
A regular public meeting of the state commission that licenses and regulates Alabama's medical cannabis program. Useful for cultivators, processors, and dispensary operators tracking licensing status, testing rules, or new regulations as Alabama's program continues its slow rollout. Meetings are open to the public and this one follows a September meeting that was cancelled.

- Address
- 445 Dexter Avenue, 8th Floor, Montgomery, AL 36104
- Run by
- Alabama Medical Cannabis Commission
Note: Meetings are held virtually with this address available as an in-person option; confirm the virtual link and agenda on amcc.alabama.gov before attending, and double check the date hasn't shifted (a prior meeting on this calendar was cancelled).
California
A hybrid cannabis trade show billed as an industry leader for B2B connections, with day one for brand/buyer meetings and day two opened to consumers for direct sales and festival programming. - Address
- To be announced by the organizer
- Run by
- Hall of Flowers
Note: Day 1 is trade-only; day 2 opens to the public for consumer sales.

A large investor- and business-focused cannabis conference (recently rebranded from Benzinga Cannabis Capital Conference to IgniteIt) that draws thousands of executives, investors, and brands to South Florida. It's about capital, deals, and industry trends rather than hands-on growing, but it's a useful read on where the market and money are headed. Previous spring editions have also been held at this same resort.

- Address
- Hollywood, FL

Maine
Year eleven of the Community Bonfire, the grassroots New England cannabis gathering that grew out of the Maine scene and now pulls 70-plus exhibitors — regional cultivators, glass artists, makers and community brands — into one outdoor field for the day. This is the fall edition, Haunted Harvest. It is the kind of event people drive four hours for, and the reason is the crowd, not the vendor list.
- When
- Saturday, October 17, 2026 · 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Address
- To be announced by the organizer
- Run by
- Community Bonfire
- Who’s there
- 70+ exhibitors, live glassblowing and torchwork, food trucks, live music, live art, a haunted scavenger hunt, a pre-carved pumpkin contest, giveaways and games — plus an optional overnight haunted campout.
Note: 21+ only. Ticketed — passes sell through the Community Bonfire site, and the collector pass hoodie doubles as your entry. The full address is deliberately not published: it goes out to pass holders 24 hours before the gate opens. They also run a spring edition and a summer camp edition, so if you miss October, watch their Instagram (@communitybonfire_) for the next one.
Maryland
A job fair and career-development event run directly by Maryland's cannabis regulator, connecting job seekers with the state's licensed cannabis businesses, including cultivation and processing employers. It includes workshops, networking, and on-site interviews, making it a useful stop for growers scouting talent or checking out who's hiring in Maryland's market. Employers had to apply to participate by early September, but attendee registration is open.

- Address
- 6751 Columbia Gateway Drive, Columbia, MD 21046
- Run by

Note: Employer participation required an interest form by September 7, 2026 (already passed); job seekers/attendees should confirm current registration status on the MCA site.
Massachusetts
New England's biggest grassroots cannabis rally, run by MassCann/NORML on Boston Common with two days of vendor booths, live music and speakers. This year's theme, "Sow the Seeds of Reform," ties into a campaign urging voters to reject a November ballot question (Question 8) that would roll back cannabis legality. It's the closest thing the region has to a homegrower/community cannabis fair rather than an industry trade show.

The Harvest Cup has run since 2017 and is the closest thing New England has to a home cup — a judged cannabis competition wrapped in a two-day exhibition and trade show at the DCU Center. The Northeast Cannabis Business Conference & Expo brand brings its trade-show format to Richmond, covering cultivation, retail, and ancillary products for Virginia's medical cannabis industry. NECANN shows typically mix growing/cultivation exhibitors with dispensary and product brands. It's the only Southern stop currently on NECANN's multi-state schedule.
- When
- Friday, October 1, 2027 – Saturday, October 2, 2027
- Address
- To be announced by the organizer
- Run by
- NECANN
Note: Dated over a year out; confirm there's been no change closer to the show. NECANN says it welcomes suggestions for new state markets via its contact form.
Washington
A Pacific Northwest cannabis industry conference produced by Marijuana Venture magazine, covering retail, cultivation, and compliance topics for Washington and Oregon operators. Smaller and more regional than the big national trade shows, useful for local grower/retailer networking.
- When
- Tuesday, November 10, 2026 – Wednesday, November 11, 2026
- Address
- To be announced by the organizer
- Run by
- Marijuana Venture
Note: Date and venue found on Cannabis Business Times' official events calendar; could not independently confirm on Marijuana Venture's own site (its site only returned older 2018 Interchange info), so double-check before publishing.
An advocacy day where Washington's licensed cannabis growers, processors, and retailers meet face-to-face with state legislators on cannabis policy and regulation. It's a civic/industry event rather than a festival, but it's real, dated, and relevant to any grower who wants a voice in state rules.
- When
- Thursday, February 11, 2027 · 8:30 AM – 8 PM
- Address
- To be announced by the organizer
- Run by
- The Cannabis Alliance
Note: Legislative advocacy day, not a consumer festival — most relevant to licensed operators rather than general shoppers.
Washington DC
The National Cannabis Industry Association's annual fly-in where cannabis business owners meet face-to-face with members of Congress to push for banking access, 280E tax relief, and federal descheduling. It isn't a trade show or grow event, but it's a direct way for any cannabis-adjacent business, including hydroponics retailers, to have a voice in federal policy. Open to NCIA members and generally to non-members who register.
- When
- Wednesday, May 12, 2027 – Friday, May 14, 2027
- Address
- To be announced by the organizer
- Run by
- National Cannabis Industry Association (NCIA)
Note: NCIA's own listing labels this inconsistently as both the '14th' and '15th' Annual Lobby Days - likely a copy-paste error on their page. Confirm exact numbering and hotel/venue on ncia.org closer to the date.

Running an event? Send it to us
We will check it and add it — free, no charge, no catch. Email mattshydroponics2015@gmail.com or call 508-461-5850 with the date, the venue and address, who is organising it, and a link to your own page for it. Grassroots events — harvest gatherings, bonfires, seed swaps, farm open days, cups, meetups — are exactly what we are after. Those are the hardest ones to find online and usually the best ones to go to.
If you spot a date on this page that has changed, tell us and we will correct it the same day.
Who we are
Matt's Hydroponics is a hydroponics and cultivation supply store with two shops in Massachusetts — Webster and Milford — and we ship pallets of media and nutrients nationwide. We keep this calendar because we go to these things ourselves.
Our own events are on the store events calendar: free grow classes every Saturday, a monthly mushroom class, Free Clone Fridays, and our four big days of the year.
