Fish Brew Epic Flo is a liquid plant probiotic from Fish Brew, produced in Turners Falls, Massachusetts. It carries a network of beneficial microorganisms cultured in nutrient-dense, filtered fish excretions, and it is finely filtered through 230 microns to remove larger solids, so it suits active hydroponic systems. This listing is the 32 oz bottle. Best suited for Active hydroponic systems: NFT, drip irrigation, and ebb and flow (flood and drain) Aeroponics Spray applications, which Fish Brew says work best on lawns How to use Seed soaking, or starting seeds in perlite, vermiculite, sphagnum moss or coco coir: 4 ml per gallon of water. Root dip before transplanting: 100 ml per 100 ml of water. Soak up to 24 hours before transplanting. Transplanting into, and growing out in, drip, active hydroponic or aeroponic systems: 15 ml per gallon of water. Once a week, supplement the system with fresh diluted product. Best suited for Soil, raised beds and containers Deep water hydroponic systems Passive hydroponics (Kratky method, wick systems) Semi-hydroponics in coco coir, clay pellets, perlite and similar media How to use Seed soaking and seed starting: 2 ml per gallon of water. Root dip before transplanting: 100 ml per 100 ml of water. Soak up to 24 hours before transplanting. Transplanting and growing out (soil, deep water, passive and semi-hydroponics): 15 ml per gallon of water. In soil: once a week, saturate the soil with the diluted product, then use plain water for the rest of the week as needed. In hydroponics: once a week, add fresh diluted product. Good to know Fish Brew also suggests it for inoculating compost tea or extract brewers. Shake gently before use. Store sealed in a cool, dry place and keep from freezing. Don't store diluted product. Fish Brew gives its biological products a shelf life of about 1 year.
