FloraFlex’s Disc Filter’s are constructed from UV-resistant, heavy duty plastic material to withstand the most adverse condition. 1” male pipe thread connections on each end of the filter for easy installation. The disc filters’ three-dimensional filtration mechanism consists of plastic grooved discs compressed and stacked together on a plastic spine to form the cylindrical filter element. Sediments and debris accumulate on the outer face of the stacked discs, allowing clean water to flow through the stacked discs and out of the filter. Removing the diaphragm: First, the valves green locking ring rotates counter-clockwise for access to the diaphragm; lift the cover and remove the diaphragm for cleaning or flip it over for alternate flow application.
The FloraFlex Air Bleed Valve 2.0 (3/4") should be installed at the highest point (above manifold) on any mainline to prevent air locks. When water starts to flow, air is forced out of the Air Bleed Valve 2.0. When water hits the valve, the valve closes and water flows freely through the line. This product gives you more control over the accuracy of your feedings.

The FloraCap 2.0 was redesigned to give you a more consistent flow rate, even distribution, a slightly increased air flow, and improved stabilization. Place the FloraCap on top of your 4 inch rockwool cubes, maximizing your space in the vegetative cycle. Fill the cap with water and nutrients by hand or automate with FloraClips. Each cap features 13 flower designed louvers that deliver water, nutrients, and air to the medium while blocking light. The Micro Drip Shutoff Valve are used to connect two sections of the 16/17mm Double Layer polyethylene tubing where on/off functionality is needed. A handle ball valve is located in the middle of the fitting for easy on/off function.
